Year 5 and 6 Camp – Kindilan - 13-15 July 2022
The Year 5/6 camp at PGL Adventure Camp Kindilan will be held for Year 5 and 6 students in 2022. This adventure campsite is located at German Church Road, Mount Cotton. The students will be on camp for 3 days and 2 nights.
Students are required to with their classroom teachers at the Macleay Island Jetty on Monday to travel across to Redland Bay. Buses for the students will be organised to collect the students from the marina and take them to PGL Kindilan. Students are required to bring a packed morning tea and lunch for Monday.
Students will return on Wednesday afternoon. Please ensure you are present to collect your child/ren from the jetties. ALL STUDENTS must have a valid Go-Card with credit to travel on the boats at least $20 on the Go Card.
PGL Adventure Kindilan has been successfully running school camps and activities for many years. All organised activities are led by qualified instructors. All meals, except morning tea and lunch on Day 1, are included in the cost of the camp. Team building activities and evening activities are teacher-led* by MISS staff attending the camp.
Activities were chosen by the Year 5 and 6 students.
Students will be placed into smaller groups for all the activities and supervised by at least one MISS teacher at all times. Boys and girls will sleep in separate cabins.
